Bagdogra P.S Case No. 168/2021 Dated 29.04.2021 u/s. 420/468/471/120B IPC has been registered over the written complaint of one SI Bhabatosh Sarkar of Bagdogra Police Station under SPC to the effect that on 29.04.21 at 14.35 hrs the complainant received a secret input from MI that one person was standing at Gosaipur More with forged documents for recruitment in Army and other jobs(.) Said persons along with his associates take huge amount of money from innocent people on pretext of facilitating jobs in Army, Forest, and aviation. Noted vide GDE No. 2059 Dated 29.04.2021. Shared the information with O.C. PS and as per his direction, he along with force with MI team left for Gosaipur More, noted vide GDE No. 2060 At 15.05 hrs they arrived at Gosaipur More and as shown by the source apprehended the accused Ajay Toppo s/o Lt, Sani Toppo of Matidhar TE (Belline) PO, Kamala Bagan PS, Phansidewa Dist, Darjeeling and on search recovered and seized huge fake documents and one mobile phone of JIO with SIM card. On further interrogation he admitted that those documents were supplied by Prem Biswakarma and his wife Rakhi Biswakarma there are many more documents were lying at the house of the Prem Biswakarma at Putimari accordingly, he arrested him preparing memo of arrest U/S 41 CrPC. During interrogation, he wished to assist Police At around 16.25 hrs the complainant along with arrested accused and MI team arrived at Putimari and Ajay Toppo showed the house of Prem Biswakarma and conducted raid. During raid Smt. Rakhi Biswakarma could be found but Prem Biswakarma could not be found at his house. accordingly with the help of LC/1336 Dikki Sherpa interrogated Rakhi Biswakarma and during interrogation, she admitted that she along with her husband and other associates namely had been running the fake racket of providing job in the army, aviation sector and other Govt. departments by preparing forged documents like call letters, appointment letters, etc. and using the same as genuine, for which they procured huge amount of money from many people of Siliguri and adjoining areas. On demand she produced the forged documents as noted in seizure list and seized the same under proper seizure list, in presence of witnesses. The seizure was made between 16.35 hrs to 17.25 hrs on further interrogation she stated that David Biswakarma and his father Kumar Biswakarma of Bhujiapani, Bimal Das and Baba Khan of Damdim and some more people have been involved in this racket(.) They have cheated many people in the name of providing job amounting to lakhs of rupees. accordingly with the help of Lady Constable 1336 Dikki Sherpa Arrested her issuing proper memo of arrest and informing her about her ground of arrest (.)
