New Jalpaiguri PS case No. 244/2021 Dtd. 16.03.2021 U/S 20(b) (ii) of NDPS. Act, 1985. : Started over the written complaint of SI Gautam Mallik of N.J.P. P.S that on 16/03/21 in between 16:35 hrs to 17: 15 hrs, acting on a tips of source information he along with other officers and force, apprehended one Sabitri Chowhan ( 42 yrs) W/O late Paresh Chowhan of Vill- Ujal, PO+PS- Hilli, Dist.- Dakshin Dinajpur at Murder more, Fulbari, On searching in presence of Special Executive Magistrate, SPC, he recovered 01 (one ) Maroon colour bag, containing 02 (two) packets of suspected to be Ganja, total weight 07.600 kg (2.300 kg and 5.300 kg ) from her exclusive possession. On being asking she confessed that she possessing Ganja and waiting there to sale that Ganja to her designated customers. On demand she failed to produce any valid documents/ papers for possessing the same. Accordingly SI Gautam Mallik arrested her in presence of witnesses after observing all legal formalities duly abide by the Apex Court. (.) PO: - Murder more, Fulbari, PS-NJP (.)
