New Jalpaiguri PS Case No. 960/2020 Dt. 08.08.2020, U/S 20(b)(ii)(C) NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of Pratap Basak of Ambari O.P under NJP P.S to the effect that on 08.08.2020 at 10.05 hrs as per secret source information one person will arrived at Bandhunagar Bus stop beside NH 31 area with a huge quantity of Ganja in his possessions which to be headed to Siliguri area for transporting and selling the ganja to different places clandestinely, he share the information to O/C NJP P.S as per his instruction he along with force held raid and apprehend the accused person namely Chandan Yadav(36) s/o Mahadeb Yadav of Shantipara P.S- NJP at Bandhunagar Bus stop and seized 28.600kgs of Ganja from his possession he seized the said Ganja in presence of Gazeted officer Shri Narendra Kalicotey ACP East –II/SPC and witnesses under Proper seizure list (.)
