New Jalpaiguri PS Case No. 867/2020 Dt.23.07.2020, U/S 20(b)(ii)(C)/23(c) NDPS Act :- Started over the written complaint of SI Samik Paul NJP PS, SPC to the effect that on 23.07.2020 at about 14.30 hrs acting on source information he arrested two accused persons namely (1) Ramesh Kumar (M/32) S/O. Manak Ram of Vill – Nausar, PO.+PS. Osian, PIN : 342303, Dist. Jodhpur, Rajasthan Driver of truck Reg No. RJ/01GA/7355 in which 56 Packets of Ganja were loaded, 2) Omprakash (M/24) S/O. Baburam of House No. 128, Bhaduon Ki Dhani, Vill – Nokhada Charanan THE-BAP, PS. Bhojasar, PO. Aau, PIN : 342024, Dist. Jodhpur, Rajasthan helper of truck Reg No. RJ/01GA/7355 and seized 56 Packets of Ganja total 837.600 KGS of ganja and one vehicle bearing registration No RJ/01GA/7355 from their exclusive and conscious possession at Fulbari Canal Road near Gothmabari More opposite Switch gate of Canal under NJP P.S in presence of gazatted officer Shri Narendra Kalikota ACP East-II /SPC for contravening the norms of NDPS Act .
