PS (BKN PS) CASE NO 433/2020, Dated: 31/05/2020
U/S 21 (c) of NDPS Act Started over
the written complaint of SI Srimanta Chatterjee of Bhaktinagar PS, SPC that on
31/05/2020 at about 14.05 hrs he received an
information that 1) Vivek Chhetri (42) S/o Lt Bir Bahadur Chhetri of Damdim
More, PS. Malbazar, Dist. Jalpaiguri 3) Narendra Gurung (37) S/o Krishna Gurung
of Damdim Kadamtala Road, PS. Malbazar, Dist. Jalpaiguri and 3) Pappu Ghosh
(28) S/o Tarun Ghosh of Sarat Chandra Pally, near Water Tank, PS. Bhaktinagar,
Dist. Jalpaiguri  with one Bolero Vehicle
bearing No. WB74AP 2983 were coming towards Salugara from Siliguri side with
huge illegal spurious drugs and brown Sugar without valid license or documents.
After informing I/C Bhaktinagar, he along with raid team left for 2 ½ Mile,
Check Post More, near Bhaktinagar traffic Guard, SPC to work out the
information. On reaching the spot they cordoned the spot. During raid they
apprehended persons noted above with one Bolero Vehicle bearing No. WB74AP 2983
along huge quantity of Narcotic Drugs (cough syrup, Drugs tablets & Brown
Sugar) as per seizure list, which he disclosed that they failed to produce any
valid documents for the possession of the same. He seized the same and they

BEEN SEIZED )
