09/05/20 receive a complaint from one  Ashish Majumder, S/O- Jadunath
Majumder of Shantinagar (Masjid Para), Airport More, P.S.- Bagdogra, Dist-
Darjeeling to the effect that on 09/05/2020 at about 11.00 to 11.30 hrs the
complainant went to Chittaranjan High School for marketing with his Motor Cycle
bearing Rgd. No. WB74X-1410 and he parked his motor cycle near main gate of
Chittaranjan High School and went to market for marketing. When the complainant
returned from the market, he found that his said motor cycle was missing from
PO. Later he known from Karan Sarkar and Abhijit Mondal that one namely Bhanu
Chowhan, S/O- Ramlal Chowhan of Khudirampally theft his Motor Cycle bearing
Rgd. No. WB74X-1410 from the said place and started a  case vide Bagdogra
PS Case No. 270 / 2020 date 09.05.2020 U/S 379 IPC[.]  ARRESTED -02 (Two)
Accused person and seized One Moter cycle bearing Rgd. No. WB74X-1410
and forwarded before Ld Court Siliguri(.)
