On 19.06.18 at
14.55  hrs SI Diptajit Dhar    of NJP PS in pursuance of
secret information, arrested two person   namely i) Tushto Roy, ii) Palash
Das and seized 800 ltrs Kerosene & HSD oil    which
were illegally procured oil illegally for their illegal gain and also seized
one oil tanker bearing Regn No WB 73 D 3339 loaded with 12000 ltrs HSD with
damaged valve which were procured by illegal means.This refers to New
Jalpaiguri PS Case No. 436/18 dated. 19.06.18 U/S- 120B/285/411/414/379 IPC
r/w  Sec 7(1)(a) (ii) of Essential Commodity Act 1955.
