On 16.01.2018 has been registered over the written complaint
of one Sushanta Sarkar s/o- Ram Chandra Sarkar of Jyotinagar Colony, W/No. 4,
PS- Siliguri to the effect that on 16.01.18 at around 13.00 hrs his wife with
newly born son had gone to Siliguri District Hospital along with his sister for
dressing purpose. While his wife entered inside for dressing leaving the
custody of his son to his sister Saraswati Sarkar, at then one unknown women
kidnapped the new born son over this a Specific Case has been started vide Siliguri PS Case no. 29/18
dated 16.01.18 u/s 363/365 IPC .

On 18.01.2018 02 (two)
accused arrested and the kidnapped baby recovered.
